FLSA Status: Full-Time, Exempt | Schedule: Sunday-Thursday

About the Role

Transformation Church is seeking a Production Lead (Central- Indian Land) to oversee weekend services through coordinating Production elements to create a distraction-free, Gospel-centered experience. This role leads a staff team, develops servant leaders, and ensures excellence in technical operations and ministry execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and disciple staff and a large team of servant leaders (volunteers) in Production and Broadcast areas.
• Oversee live service production, including show calling, CGs, stage and lighting design, and sermon-related requests.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate Production and Broadcast initiatives, workflows, and training programs.
• Manage departmental budgets, schedules, and resources in collaboration with the Production Director.
• Partner with Music, Communications, and other ministry teams to coordinate events and programming.
• Facilitate servant leader(volunteer) onboarding, development, and engagement pathways.
• Continuously improve processes to maintain excellence across all production operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Theatre, Production Stage Management, Event Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of live production or event management experience (5+ preferred).
• Technical proficiency with Mac-OS, Microsoft Office, Planning Center, ProPresenter, and AVL tools; experience with intelligent lighting software a plus.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and project management skills.
• Flexible availability including weekends, and evenings.
